How to order

Ordering is very easy. All we need to do is identify the model of furniture that you have.This can be done by:

  • 1. Looking at the manufacturers label on the cushions.
  • 2. Looking at the original receipt if you still have it!
  • 3. Sending us a photograph of your furniture by either e-mail or by post.
  • 4. Talking to us and we will do our utmost to help you with identification.

Protect your cushions

Why not protect your beautiful new cushions with a 5 year warranty against accidental spills and stains such as wine , coffee and curry ? If the unthinkable happens an experienced specialist will call at a mutually convenient time to rectify the problem. Should the stain be too bad to resolve , the affected cover will be replaced to bring your cushions back to their former pristine condition. This peace of mind to protect your new set of cushions costs just £24-00 per chair and must be ordered at the same time as your cushions.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 28 days business days.
Tax Charges
All other orders are inclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Cane Connection do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
WITHIN 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
If your purchase develops a fault within 28 days of receipt, we will generally exchange or refund the item provided it is in 'as-new' condition when returned to us. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no refund or exchange.


OUTSIDE 28 DAYS OF RECEIPT:
If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee period you will be responsible for returning the product to us, we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge (UK only). This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange.


DAMAGED GOODS
Please try to check your delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as "damaged", or "unchecked" if you're not able to check at the time of delivery.

In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem and from where and when the returned parcel can be conveniently collected. We will arrange to replace or refund your order, whichever your preference. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.



UNWANTED GOODS
Within 7 days of receipt.

Provided your purchase remains unused and 'as new' we will accept the product back for a full refund up to 7 days after purchase without question. This refund does not extend to the cost of delivery or return and your product will need to be inspected before reimbursement.
We will process a refund by the same means that the goods were purchased, less a 5% handling charge to cover our re-stocking, administration and carriage costs. If you prefer to exchange your returned goods for an alternative product to the same or higher value, we may waive the handling charge.
Please note that we do not accept returns on any of the following:
Products damaged through being returned in inadequate packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure the products are securely packaged
