Caring for your Cane Furniture

The Cane furniture that you have chosen is made to the highest specification, and by following these few easy steps, will help to keep it looking as good as new.

  1. Dust the furniture frames and vacuum the woven areas with a soft brush attachment.

  2. To rejuvenate areas of Rattan that may be scuffed or faded, please apply a proprietary brand of stain or polish using a soft cloth.

  3. All our covers are zipped for easy removal and dry cleaning is recommended for all our fabrics unless washing instructions are specifically given.

  4. Turn the cushions periodically. DO NOT ALLOW YOUR FURNITURE TO BE EXPOSED TO HARSH ULTRA VIOLET SUNLIGHT FOR PROLONGED PERIODS OF TIME, AS THIS WILL AFFECT THE COLOUR. We will not accept any responsibility for fading, and strongly recommend the use of blinds.

  5. All our cushions are fully fire retardent and meet with British Standards fire safety regulations.

  6. All table top glass is toughened in compliance with British Standards Safety Regulations.

  7. All of our furniture is made with natural materials from fully sustainable rain forests. Shade variations and finish may differ throught each item. These characteristics are a unique feature of Cane & Rattan which enhances the overall appearance of these products and are not deemed to be a fault.
